Absolutely! We welcome anyone spreading the word and participating in the referral program, including clients and non-clients.
Nope! You may refer as many companies as you’d like. Shoots! 🤙
To make a successful referral, you need to introduce ProService to a decision-maker through the referral form. Decision-makers include anyone with a managerial, C-suite, executive or director title. Referrals must be for new business.
New business refers to companies that are currently not ProService Hawaii customers. Companies that were previously ProService clients and are no longer clients are eligible for the referral program.
We’ll send you an email notification when you first submit your referral and provide additional email updates as the status of your referral progresses.
Your referral submission can be denied if your referral decided not to join ProService, or was already referred by someone else. Only one referral is allowed per company, so the referral will be credited to the person whose deal progresses first.
