Due to the information and documentation required to file for ERC, we recommend that a leader who has the familiarity and ability to provide required documents and calculations for your business. This person will also be our main point of contact about the ERC filing process for your business.
Your completed Detailed Questionnaire provides the necessary information our ERC Team needs to calculate the maximum credit you qualify for.
After submitting the Detailed Questionnaire, you will receive the ERC Agreement via email.
Please complete your ERC Agreement electronically. The ERC process will begin after we receive your signed agreement.
If additional information is needed after receiving your questionnaire and agreement, someone on the ERC Team will reach out to you.
Yes, but only if you are eligible for ERC. ProService Hawaii charges 6% of the estimated ERC amount as its fee, with a minimum of $1,000 per quarter and a maximum of $5,000 per quarter, for each business entity.
