Christine’s broad reaching responsibilities include oversight of multiple functions of the University - Legal, Human Resources, IT, Risk Management, Compliance including NCAA, and Title IX program administration.
Born and raised on the island of O'ahu, Christine graduated from Castle High School in Kaneohe. She was a four-year letter winner in varsity soccer and competed in track and field since the age of 10. After high school, she coached cross country and track and field at her alma mater until she moved to the mainland for college.
Christine earned her BA in Speech Language & Pathology from the University of New Mexico, and a Juris Doctor at the California Western School of Law in San Diego. She returned home to Hawaii to practice law in various capacities, including clerking for the Honorable Frances Q.F. Wong, serving as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the City and County of Honolulu, and as a Deputy Attorney General representing the Department of Education. She then worked for the Department of Education in the Windward District as a Program and Personnel Analyst until she joined Chaminade University of Honolulu in May 2015.
In addition to her responsibilities at Chaminade, Christine is Adjunct Professor teaching Education Law to individuals who are in the HIDOE CISL program where they are learning to become school teachers. She continues her athletic pursuits paddling for the Waikiki Yacht Club and is the Secretary of their Board. Christine also serves on the Board of Malama Honua Public Charter School.
As Senior Engagement Manager for Akamai’s Security Technology Group, Guy develops architectures and support models, and leads large cross-functional teams to deliver the communications, content streaming and cyber security infrastructure for global clients. Akamai powers their clients’ ability to produce and distribute some of the world’s largest online events and platforms including the 2022 US elections, Super Bowl, and World Cup.
Based out of Santa Monica, California, Guy leads 100% remote teams “dispersed” across the US and globe. One of his key subject matter experts lives and works from Hawaii.
Guy has decades of experience working with remote, "dispersed" teams, from well before the pandemic. He joined Akamai in 2017 and has provided technical consulting engagements globally to streaming media platforms as well as regulated sectors like financial services and healthcare. His domain expertise includes Zero Trust Segmentation, DDoS prevention, Web Application and API protection as well as Secure Web Gateway, Bot Management and Zero Trust Network Access. Prior to Akamai, he worked in technology roles at Intelsat, JPMorgan Chase and Kokusai Denshin Denwa (KDDI). He has been based in Tokyo Japan, Washington D.C. and the San Francisco Bay Area. Guy is fluent in English and Japanese. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Utah State University and completed a Certificate in Managing Strategic Partnerships and Ecosystems from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Michelle Kirk serves as ProService’s Service Team Executive, where she works collaboratively to develop, lead and execute the vision and strategies of ProService. Her talent for hiring, training, and developing customer service talent allows ProService to deliver the absolute best, most consistent, accurate, responsive and caring service experience to Hawaii’s employers.
Prior to joining ProService in 2017, Michelle worked as a Merchandise Manager at Walmart, and before that quickly made her way through the ranks of JCPenny, starting off as a Commission Sales Associate and graduating to Vice President of Corporate Talent Acquisition. Michelle is a graduate of the University of Arizona.
