In order to receive a two year rate guarantee* with ProService Hawaii, Client must complete, sign and submit a ProService Hawaii Contract by September 30, 2018, start processing payroll by November 15, 2018 and continue processing for 24 consecutive months at the originally implemented bundle, payroll frequency, and discounting level. This offer shall not apply for ProService Hawaii Contract signed after September 30, 2018 and may not be combined with any other promotional offers. If failure to begin processing by November 15, 2018 is due exclusively to Client delay in implementation of the payroll processing services, then ProService Hawaii reserves the right to terminate this promotion. The locked rate quote is based on information provided by Client and may vary if frequency, employee size, services or other features change. Other exclusions may apply. Eligible companies must have at least 1 employee.
*This promotion applies to full benefits administration, Headland Workers’ Compensation Insurance, Headland Temporary Disability Insurance, and Employment Practices Liability Insurance fees. SUTA/FICA/FUTA/FIT tax rates are determined by applicable State and Federal agencies and are not included in the promotional 2 year rate guarantee offered by ProService Hawaii. Rates for medical, drug, vision, dental, and life insurance are determined by the insurance carrier and approved by the Insurance Commissioner and are not included in the 2 year rate guarantee offered by ProService Hawaii.
