The workplace is changing. Employees want more from their job than just a paycheck—they want to develop and find purpose in their work. With only about 15% of the workforce engaged at work, it’s no wonder that leaders who can drive higher engagement are more likely to achieve business success.
Offered exclusively to ProService Hawaii’s clients and special guests, the Growth Series are interactive learning experiences that feature industry-leading speakers and networking opportunities that will inspire and provide tools for business leaders to take their organizations to the next level.
We are excited to dive into employee engagement at our first Growth Series of 2018.
